家興請一中和家奇到自己的宿舍（來）吃 午飯。家奇和一中很高興。他們中午（十二點）準時到了家興的宿舍。家興問他們想先喝點什麽。一中說喝什麼都行。
家奇想喝點咖啡，可是家興的宿舍裡沒有咖啡，只有茶。家興用中國法子給家奇和一中泡了茶。喝了茶，家奇問家興請他們來吃什麽好東西。家興說真不好意思，本來想請他們來吃中國菜，可是他的中國朋友今天有事不能來， 他自己又不會做，所以現在只能請他們喝茶了。
家奇說不會做不要緊，一中可以教他。大家都覺得這是一個好主意。

Jiāxīng invited Yīzhōng and Jiāqí to his dormitory to have lunch. Jiāqí and Yīzhōng were very happy. At noon (12 o’clock), they arrived at Jiāxīng’s dormitory on time. Jiāxīng asked them what they would like to drink first. Yīzhōng said that anything to drink was fine. Jiāqí wanted to have some coffee, but Jiāxīng’s dorm didn’t have any coffee, only tea. Jiāxīng prepared tea for Jiāqí and Yīzhōng in the Chinese style. After drinking the tea, Jiāqí asked Jiāxīng what delicious food he had invited them to eat. Jiāxīng said he was really sorry; he had originally planned to invite them to eat Chinese food, but his Chinese friend had something to do today and couldn’t come. Since he himself didn’t know how to cook, he could only serve them tea for now. Jiāqí shuō bú huì zuò bú yàojǐn, Yīzhōng kěyǐ jiāo tā. Dàjiā dōu juéde zhè shì yīgè hǎo zhǔyì.
